"Bruce, I just wanted to say thank you again for doing such a great job converting from the flexaduct to the solid pipe for my dryer duct. I'm just sorry you ran across so many problems with the interference from the tree and plumbing pipes. It is good to see there are still people around these days who take pride in their work and don't try to rip the customer off. I will definitely be recommending you to others I know and will call you whenever I need the dryer vent system cleaned of lint next year. I was able to find a drywall contractor that fixed the hole in the wall and stain from the leak upstairs for only $125, and they also did a good job. It is nice to have another thing crossed off of my "to do" list. Thanks for advising me not to store the paint on the shelving above the dryer, too. It probably was a hazard having it up there, and I just switched storage places for the paint and my 10 1-gallon distilled water bottles. I appreciated all the good advice and valuable information."
